Can I Take Panadol And Clavam Medicine In 10 Weeks Pregnancy?

am pregnant and had a problem with my low stomach and the doctor wrote for me panadol and clavam medicine are they suitable for me at this age am 10 weeks pregnant? And this Clavam medicine is the same enhancin because that is what is written from outside please help me before i take the medicine.

Hi,
Panadol is known to be safe in pregnancy. Enhancin is an antibiotic and has not been fully tested in pregnancy but there have been no reports of problems with the developing baby. It has been used extensively in pregnant women and therefore appears to be safe.
