Can I Take Glycomet For Tremors While Suffering From Diabetes Type 2?

Dear Dr.,

About two years back i hv been deducted of diabities II but it was a border case.my physician had prescibed me glycomat 500mg BD & jenuvia 100 OD.I have started with tremor in my hand during writting. I stopped jenuvia since January,2011.Recently,due to an enjury,i hv my fasting suger tested on advise of another physician.the reading were 113-F & 208-PP.The injury healed up.the physician has recommended Glimisave M-I OD before lunch & stopped glycomet 500mg.Hardly three doses has been taken of glimisave M-I & I am struck with acute constipation.I consulted the physician.He has adviced me to stop glimisave & return back to glycomet.I have inquisitiveness to know the side-affects of glimisave & your valuabe advise in my case. For information i have cronic hypertention since last 30 yrs or more.my medicines-Amdipin2.5BD,Q-Pril-10 OD & Carca3.125 OD is keeping me perfect since so many years.-PKS

None of these medications cause either tremors or constipation . the cause of tremors is probably neurological and can bevtreated with simple medication .the side effects of glumisave are weight gain due to water retention ,low sugars and other rather rare side effects .januvia and glycomet are rather problem free .hypertension medication can be continued as usual esp if bp is well controlled .
