Can I Take Amoxicillin For Sore Throat, Cough And Runny Nose?

I thought I had laryngitis, lost my voice and had no sore throat. I also had a runny nose and cough. My dr prescribed amoxicillin but since taking it I've had a tight chest and small pain in my upper back, feel like I may be sick and a sore head. Is this related to the laryngitis?

Hi
The laryngitis is due to the cold you had but you now may also have developed the flu and you should ask your doctor for a prescription for Tamiflu
