Can I Take Evion And Sumo As Supplements For Growth While On Weight Training?
hello, I am 26 year old Male, my height is 6.1 and weight is 73 Kg, i do exercise everyday(cardio + weight training) my diet includes only veg. I heard about some of tablets from my cousin brother who s taking it regurarly- - Cap Homocheck(yellow) - Evion 400 - CIO- ZOX(cipla) - Sumo cold Is it good to have these tablets regurarly as a source for overall growth and as mineral/vitamin requirement. Can you also suggest me as a vegetarian i need to take any supplements for growth or i can just stick to normal diet. One of my goal is to increase some weight. Thank you.

Homochek and Evion are vitmains but cipzox and Sumo cold analgesics. There is no need to take all these medicines because these are not supplements.
Your height and weight are perfectly normal. There is no need to increase weight and height cannot be increased at this age. But as a supplement to diet and exercise you can take Protein supplement Powder readily available in stores. Tab Health OK also add to your vitamins and minerals.
