Can I Take Cremaffin Plus Syrup For Blood In Stool?

hi,i'm having pain when stool coming out and my doc.has been given refzil-o tab,enzoflame tab and cremaffin plus syrup.And he also recommend to take warm water treatment to that portion.but as i have seen some homeopathy medicines which is more effective then should i go with homeopathy or allopathy.pls.guide me
