Can I Take Cifran 500mg For Throat Pain?

I got fever due to throat infection. I am taking cifran 500 mg twice a day. i took for one day. I got some relief. Fever has got cured but a little throat pain is still there. Can i take these tablets with the same dose for two more days? Age : 27, Hight 5.7", Weight: 65 kg, medical history: Suffers from sinusitis atleast once in every year.

Hi,
The dose which your taking of cifran is not correct,
When patient with symptoms like you presents to me I ussualy prescribe them azithromycin,
Along with paracetamol cetrizine and phenlypherine(sumocold,solvincold)
Along with it betadine or warm saline gargle,
I think you should visit an ent doctor as this are prescription based medicine and get it prescribed,.
