Can I Start With Cerelac For 5 Month Old And Which Flavor?

My baby is four half month old and i am breast feeding her. i am planning to give ceralc from fifth month is it advicable to give her ceralc as milk is not sufficient for her. i staed giving puree she like it very much. can u suggest me which flavour in ceralc can i give it to my baby.

Optimum time of weaning a baby (starting food items other than milk) is around 5-5.5 months , provided the baby is getting enough milk feeds.
You can start cerelac as it seems you are not having enough milk for the baby.
The more you will try to feed your baby, more milk you will have during lactation
There are few flavors of cerelac available in the market but plain wheat cerelac is more desirable unless baby does not like it at all.
In that case a flavored cerelac can be given safely at this age.
