Can I Start Lactare Granules For Low Breast Milk Secretion?
hi I have a baby boy 16 days old and i feel as if i am not producing enough milk for him, he sucks for about 45 minutes and then wakes up again sometime only after 1 hour and i am giving him Nan 1 three to four times in a day. Thinking of starting lactare granules. Plz guide

Repeated suckling of the breast by the baby is best stimulus for the enhanced lactation,
Increase your protein and fluid intake.
Be comfortable and relaxed while feeding.
Lactare capsules and Tablet perinorm can be taken with not much proven ability.
Watch the weight of the child frequently.Should be gradually and continuously increasing.
Continous waight gain of the baby is the best indicator for the adequate milk supply to the baby .
