I am 27 years old and under-weight . My height is 6.0 feet. I weigh 52 kgs. I want to gain another 25 kgs or so. Recently I placed an order online for a protein supplement powder called "Serious Mass". Will this powder help me in gaining extra muscles???

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Serious mass contains a blend of vitamins, minerals and amino acids. This combination should help with general health and may assist in helping build muscle mass.

In addition to the above, you should increase your calorie intake. By increasing the caloric value of your meals, you should gain weight.
This may mean increasing portion sizes and also the frequency of meals.

Increasing the amount of protein used would help with muscle mass.

I hope this helps
