Can I Get Infected With HIV By Touching Infected Vaginal Products?

I have Inter-cause with a Sex worker with condom on my penis, will intercause my penis was getting soft so later i use my right hand to masturbate, and then i removed the condom and i masturbated with same right hand which have Vaginal Fluid on top of condom, and i even touched my penis head with wet hand. do i have chance to get HIV infected with this act ?
