I had protected sex with female sex worker she had offered a condoms but I am not sure about quality and second I had intercourse for 5 mins and then I asked her to masturbate me so I scared that she used same hands while wearing the condom on and inserting inside her vagina and then removing the condom and then followed by masturbation with same hand with the possibility that her hand might have her vaginal fluids. Please Advice.... Thanking in Advance.
Hello. Thanks for writing to us at healthcaremagic
I think you don't need to worry about this particular contact. Firstly there was no direct contact and secondly, in this particular scenario not a lot of vaginal fluids would have possibly come into contact with penile mucosa. However, I would still suggest you to get tested for HIV just to clear the thought out of your mind. Screening for HIV can be earliest at 1 month and that has to be repeated again after 3 months. Moreover protected peno-vaginal sex is not a guarantee against all STD's apart from HIV, syphilis, gonorrhea and chlamydia. Warts, molluscum and genital herpes can still be acquired. Therefore if you notice any growth or bumps or erosions, you must get it checked with a specialist.
