Hi,

TSH level can be done at every day of the month, it is not affected by the menstrual cycle. If you were a patient in my clinic I would suggest 100 mcg of Levothyroxine every day for 6 weeks, then check the TSH again. If it is within the normal range, this will be your dose for other 6 months.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Kind regards,
Dr. Mirjeta
