Can I Become Father With The Following Semen Analysis Report?

sir my total count is 25and volume 2.0 liquefaction time 30 min. and normal forms is 80 % abnormal forms 20% actively motile 55 % slugs is 20% non motile 25% pus cells is 3-4 reaction ph type show alkaline as per the above semen analysis can I became a father ? please , please and please explain and give me aproper advice as early as possible

Thanks for writing to HCM

Your semen analysis report suggests infection.This is indicated by presence of pus cells.
Infection may be due to prostatitis,UTI etc.
You need antibiotics for infection.
Other investigation like routine hemoram,RBS,Ultrasound of pelvis should be done.Trans rectal sonography of prostate can be done if needed.
Rest of the findings are normal.
You should consult your doctor.
