Can Hydromorphone Be Taken While On Hydrocortisone And Morphine?

I have been taking 30 mil 3x a day of time released morphine & 2 15 mil I m release for break through pain daily. I have run low on my meds, my pain Dr. Is Away till the 5th of July & I might have to take a few hydrocortisone till I can see my Dr. I have a natural high tolerance to opiates & have been on my meds for 8 yrs. If I need to take the hydromorphone 2 mil for a day or 2 would it harm me? I would only take one very cautiously, it is 100 percent Opioid

You can safely take Hydromorphone along with steroid and Morphine. It will not interact with each other and does not cause any adverse drug reaction.
