Can Hydrocodone Be Taken Along With Milk?

Is it OK to drink milk to take hydrocodone. I know you shouldn t drink milk to take antibiotics but my mother in law drinks milk to take all her meds. I try to tell her to take her meds with water but she says she has a hard time taking pills. Can you please shed some light on this.
