Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Transmission of HIV through sucking a girls breast is negligible. Even if she is a lactating woman and few drops of milk had been sucked, carries a very low risk for HIV as the HIV concentration in breast milk is very low. Continuous suckling of the child with breast milk for months together has the HIV transmission risk around 25- 30% only.
So you need not worry for sucking the non-lactating breast. You will not HIV through this and tests are not necessary if you do not have any other risk for HIV.
