Can HIV Be Transmitted Through A Surface Scratch?

a maid to work in our house and she spends only 3 days and i made a blood test for her to discover that she has hiv and virus b.. what i am worry about that i have 8 months baby and a boy 5 years and she was holding the baby all the time and he had a sctratch at this time worry that she transfered the virus to him .. and i asked for blood test they said after 3 motnhs and signs can appear to show that he is infected

hi ,dont worry. hiv can not spread by holding your baby by her. no chances for hiv in your cases. hiv can not transmitted by contact or holding. and scratches are so minute that no infection can spread by that. so forget about there. your babies are totaly safe from hiv.
