Can HIV Be Transmitted By Sharing Cigarette?

On september 14th of this year i went and got tested and i tested negative.. Well i smoked a cigarette behind one of the classmates at my school that kinda look like he might have hiv.. When i put the cigarette to my lips i felt a wet feeling on the cigarette. I dont have any cuts on my lips but it still crosses my mind that i might have hiv.. Can u help me with my situation..

Thank you for query.cigarette smoking and HIV transmission is not established as of now.so you can relax.but smoking also is injurious to health it can lead to cancers respiratory diseases etc.so stop smoking.
