General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Tab Flomax contains tamsulosin which is used in treatment of benign prostatic hypertrophy, tab Toprol contains topiramite which is given in Alzheimer's, Tab Paxil is an antidepressant. Vit D is a supplement. All others are eye drops. All these don't have any interaction with each other and it is safe to take them at once. I would advise you to continue taking them the same manner in which your physician has advised.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
