Can Finasteroide 0.1% Be Taken To Control Hair Fall?

Doctor.. I m 18 years old. From past 3 months i am feeling about 15-20 hair shed..when combing or in the hands while moving in hair...hair has become weak and i was pretty depressed ...... i waited it to stop naturally ...but it continued...i have baldness history in my dad family. ..i have been prescribed Morr f5% minoxi.5% finasteroide 0.1%...daily 1 ml.. SHOULD I TAKE THAT AND ARE THE EFFECTS REVERSED AFTER STOPPING TREATMENT...?? and are there any negative effects ?
