General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Fibromyalgia often triggers nausea & vomiting, it comes without warning. Food sensitivity, disturbed sleep times, indigestion, a stomach infection, migraine, gall bladder disease, toxins, emotional stress, etc can also cause nausea, vomiting.

Fibromyalgia patients who suffer from IBS do have cycles of diarrhea, dizziness, vomiting, sweating, heart palpitations & any of these symptoms can trigger vomiting.

You are suggested to get clinical examined, get the symptomatic treatment done. Get the pathology causing symptoms to get treated at the earliest. You may have to get the required blood & imaging tests done.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Nupur K, General & Family Physician
