Can Fexofenadine Hydrochloride Be Taken After Taking Dextromethorphan Polistirex?

Is it safe/alright to take Fexofenadine Hydrochloride 60 mg/Pseudophedrine Hydrochloride 120 mg extended release tablet 3 hours after taking the cough supressant Dextromethorphan Polistirex 30 mg extended-release? The cough supressant isn t working at all and there s a post nasal drip that keeps the cough going.
