Can Excedrin Tension Be Taken For Migraines?

Hi, I suffer from migraines and am scheduled for an endoscopy. I usually take Excedrin Migraine to help, but it has aspirin which I cannot take. Can I take the Excedrin tension ? Its active ingredients are basically 500 mg tylenol and caffeine 65 mg each tab. I take 2 tabs. I’m wortied because once my migraine starts and I dont medicate quicly, it can take days to resolve.
