Hi, I am 20 years old and skinny for my age. My weight is only 46kgs. I started working out recently, and my instructor asked me to take mass gainers. Which is the best one according to you? And what about ENDURA MASS? Does it have any risky side effects? Thank you.
Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. People try weight supplements to yield a faster and better result. One of them is Endura Mass - a weight gain supplement. But these products are not FDA tested or approved. They have some side effects which include: 1. Damage to muscle tissues. 2. Unusual weight gain and obesity. 3. Increase in growth of body hair, including face. 4. Hormone imbalance, particularly of testosterone. 5. Depression and lethargy. 6. Altered blood glucose homeostasis and diabetes mellitus. 7. Fatty changes in the liver. 8. Tooth decay and dental caries. It is advisable to consider trying a higher calorie healthy diet along with strengthening exercise for weight gain. Hope the information provided is useful. All the best.
