Can Elinest Be Taken Instead Of Cryselle?

I have been taking Cryselle for 8 months now and when I went to pick up my new pack from the pharmacy, I got home to find that they prescribed me elinest. Should I still take it? Is it going to mess up my menstral cycle for another couple months again? What should I expect?
