Hello dear I understand your concern Loose motion can loss of water and cause weakness. You can use econorm for loose motion and it is safe. Take other advises: Drink ORS solution to maintain hydration Soluble fiber supplements like senna Take food like Boiled rice with added lemon and salt. Banana, applesauce, buttermilk, pomegranate, toast. proper rest. If not resolves then consult the physicians and undergo stool microscopy and culture to rule out the infectious etiology.
