Can Duloxetine Tablet Cause Sleeplessness And Abdominal Pain?

hii doctor I have been put on anxiety treatment and have been given Duloxetine . The vry first day i had it i had stocmach ache and I am having nervousness i couldnt sleep bcoz of this as i was getting feared while sleeping and eas having nervousness is this the side effect of the medicine?
