Can Domstal Be Given To An Infant With Hand Foot And Mouth Disease To Stop Vomiting?
my 13 months old son is vomiting in every 2/3 hours, he was suffering from Hand Foot n Mouth disease since last week. the appetite has already reduced, hence the food intake in substantially less, still he is vomiting since today early morning. Please advise should I give him Domstal suspension, he is 10.15Kg, please advise the dose as well in case yes.

You can use metoclopramide in a kid of 13 months old. You can give him 5 ml of 1mg/5ml of the solution. You can repeat it up to three times daily.
