General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It would be best not to use it if it has been opened for this period of time, there is an increased risk of infection to the baby. Most formulas come in standard containers, you may need to speak to your pediatrician to determine if there is a smaller option available.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
