Hello I have gone through your question and understand your concern. Demelan cream can be used on skin for dark spots/age spots to lighten them. Always use a sunscreen when using a skin lightening cream, use of sunscreen also prevents age spots and wrinkles caused due to harmful sun rays. It is better to use Demelan in evening, as skin tends to get sun sensitive due to the active ingredients in the cream.
