Can Cypon Be Given To Manage Poor Appetite In An Infant?

My daughter Is one year 6 month old very very fussy in eating not even one time meal per day she eats and I have often admitted her in hospital and given her drips due to dehydration every time she gets fever she stops eating and leads to dehydration or infection with vomiting leads to dehydration again plz advice me can I give cypon at least for a month or so and what shud I give drop or syrup and how much ???
