Can Concor And Eziday Be Together After CABG (triple Bypass)?

I have advised EZIDAY 25 mg and Concor 2.5 mg for BP following CABG (triple bypass), in place of Norvasc 10 Mg (which was causing massive swelling of ankles). Norvasc has been tapered off when I started with Concor. Please advise when I should take Concor and Eziday now. Morning and evening or both in the morning?
