Can Cipro Cause Constipation?
I am a gastric bypass person that ended up with the full bladder UTI. We caught it before it got to my Kidneys. I am taking Citpro 500 for 10 days. I am constipated. Because of the malabsortion issues I have I cannot take time released meds. Any suggestions? They also have me on a folly cath.

Ciprofloxacin can cause diarrhea.
It rarely can cause constipation.
I suggest to drink a lot of liquids and eat a fiber rich diet.
