Hi & Welcome.

Antibiotics like Cephalexin does not reduce the effectiveness of Plan-B.

Taken within 72 hours following an unprotected sex or contraceptive failure like broken condom, the emergency contraceptive pills like Plan-B is up to 94% effective in preventing an unwanted pregnancy. It is more effective the sooner after intercourse it is taken.

Based on the history you seem to have developed side effects due to hormonal imbalance caused by the high progesterone in the Plan-B.

So, there is nothing to worry about it.

These symptoms should get better within a few days. If the symptoms do not go away or get worse, you should contact a gynecologist without delay.

Hope these answer your query.
