Can Celebrex Or Advil Be Taken For Severe Neck Pain?

I am on Eliquis for Afib but need an anti inflammatory for my severe neck pain / spasm...from muscle pull. PA I saw gave me Flexeril which is doing nothing, I feel I need Celebrex or Advil or some NSAID. Can I take one of these type of meds for a short period, like a week or so ?w

You can use non inflammatory medication, such as Ibuprofen. You can also use anti inflammatory creams, such as Voltaren cream for local relief.
