Dear Doctor, I am having a problem with my penis, just under a week ago i found red pumps on the tip of my penis and under the foreskin i did research on the internet and found that it might be something called balanitis. i saw some pictures and noticed that it was what i have ( well i assumed) its just mine is a lot milder and did not look any where near as bad as lots of other peoples. i started to use a cream called Resolve Plus 1.0 which contains Miconazole nitrate 2% and Hydrocortisone 1% . within the first 3 days of using this the bumps went away but the head of my penis started to get really red but has now calmed down but there is still redness and i have notice that there are small patches on the head of the penis where skin as fallen off but they are faint patches and the penis head has started to have cracks in it like it looks like dry desert ground i m sorry its hard to explain. what should i do, should i keep using that cream?. i also have another cream called Canesten Once Daily Bifonazole Body Cream. will this cream work? i also have started to wash twice daily. i am uncircumcised. please help. thank you
