Can Candid Powder Be Used For Scratch Marks On The Neck Of An Infant?

Hi Wound like scratches are shown on the neck side of my 3 month old baby, Candid powder is prescribed by a doctor in my place, So I was checking what is this medicine. Please advice is it safe to user that powder, Does that cause any side effect on the skin Thanks

Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care questions. Your 3 month old baby is having a rash in the folds around his/her neck. THis could be a fungal infection but before i recommend starting that I recommend using a dry powder to reduce the sweating in the folds. If this does not stop the rash then proceed with the candida powder
