Can Buspirone, Lipitor And Coumadin Be Taken Together?

My 88 year old mother is experiencing depression and does not want to eat. The doctor ordered Remaron 15 mg. My dad is also on this but I only give him half as 15 mg's is too much. Is it okay to give 7.5 mg of Remaron alson with her evening pills which is Buspirone 10 mg (also a new med added to her list of meds) she also takes Lipitor, nadalol and Coumadin. Can she take all of these together?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi and welcome to Healthcaremagic. Thank you for your query. I am Dr. Rommstein, I understand your concerns and I will try to help you as much as I can.

Yes, if indicated, these medications can be taken together and there are no interactions, but each of these may have side effects and most important is increased bleeding risk because of coumadine so she should avoid possible injuries and head damage. But all in all, medications should and can be taken as doctor recommended.

I hope I have answered you query. If you have any further questions you can contact us in every time.
Kindly regards. Wish you a good health.
