General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to HCM...

I can understand your condition...

Budecort contain 0.5 mg in respule ...
Duolin having ipratropium bromide 500ug and salbutamol 2.5 mg ...

Both this can be given together one by one as nebulization form when inflammatory bronchi constriction present ....

So kindly let me know your child's indication for usage ...

He might have bronchiolitis or allergic bronchi constriction for which respule prescribed ...

Take care

Advise : avoid self usage of nebulization and consult pediatrician or pulmonologist for auscultation and examination

Best regards ;
Dr.Parth
