Can Biotin And Onion Juice Be Taken For Hair Loss Post Flu Attack?

Hi, I have severe flu from my childhood, cause of flu I have lost my hair on head. It is almost baldness and side hairs become grey. My age is 30 years and need advice. I am using mixture of black seed oil, Olive oil, Castor oil and Amla Oil from 3 months but no result. Now I am thinking for supplements and vitamins. I have read a lot about Biotin and Onion Juice so thinking to try these. Can you suggest me that Biotin and Onion Juice can regrow my hair which was cause of Severe flu .

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain hair loss can occur due to a number of causes and long standing illness can be a cause but flu causing hairloss is less likely but in case if you had severe infections, it might be a cause..
Other causes can be hormonal imbalances causing Androgenic Aloepecia or Pattern Baldness that seems more probably in your case while stress,nutritional deficiency etc are also common causes..
I would suggest you to start taking Biotin supplements along with multivitamin supplements..
Onion juice is said to cause hairgrowth but no confirmed results can be seen..
You can apply Minoxidil 5% solution over the scalp..
You can also consult a Trichologist and he can advise you to take oral Finesteride..
Maintain clean scalp and wash your scalp every alternate day..
Take a nutritious diet and add more of vegetable and fruits to it..
