General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You can take Benadryl and Clindamycin together. There is no known drug interaction between the two. Clindamycin is an antibiotic useful for the treatment of a number of bacterial infections that is your dental abscess. You can take sleeping pills at night till your infection is cleared. But do not get addicted to sleeping pills.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sanjay Kini
