Can Azithral Cause Body Weakness And Dizziness?
My chemist suggested me Azithral -500mg for bad throat, fever and slight cold. I took 1 tablet last nite and i feel my throat recovering already but there's lot of weakness in my body. My head is spinning and I don't feel like consuming anything. should I discontinue the med and go for a lighter antibiotic? what should I consume to re-energize myself?

I have read your query.
As per your clinical history it appears that you are having upper respiratory track infection .
If I were your treating doctor, I would advice you continue Azithral -500mg , use paracetamol for bodyache with weakness & Antiseptic Mouth Wash thrice daily . You can also use multi vitamin syrup to re-energize youself.
