Can Azee Be Given Along With Meftal P In Fever?

Hi,my 1 1/2 yr old daughter is having fever of 101.9.pediatrician prescribed meftal p and piriton initially for 3 to 4 days.fever had gone down but again it has come back and I started antibiotics azee 5ml once a day on empty stomach.along with azee should I give meftal p?
