Can Ashwagandha Tablets Reduce Sexual Desire?

Sir, i am taking ashwagandha tablets, 3 tablets per day 550mg/ tablet three times after food. Please tell me weather it will reduce my sexual desire and will it cause in less orgasm?? Will it also make sperm thin?? Kindly adivse and prescribe me better way to take per day.

Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.
Ashwagandha is not known to produce any side effects as you mentioned.
On the contrary,some preliminary clinical evidence suggests that ashwagandha might improve sperm quality, but not sperm count, in infertile men. It is not known if taking ashwagandha can actually improve fertility.
