Can Arimidex Be Taken Along With Carboplatin And Doxil?

My breast surgeon recommended Arimidex. I am about to resume chemotherapy treatments for ovarian cancer. The drugs they have been using prior to my breast cancer surgery were Carboplatin and Doxil (Spelling?) Is there any interaction between these and Arimidex?
