Can Amoxicillin Reduce The Effectiveness Of Plan-B?

I had unprotected sex yesterday. My boyfriend ejaculated inside of me. I am not on birth control. I took Plan B today. I have been on antibiotics, amoxicillin, for about a week now because of an ear infection. Could the antibiotics cancel out the Plan B?

Plan b contains levonorgestrel which is used as emergency contraception within 72 hrs of unprotected sex. Its highly efficacious if taken within 24hr. Its efficacy is decreased by some hepatic enzyme inducer drugs. As amoxicillin is not a hepatic enzyme inducer it will not reduce the efficacy of plan b. So you have nothing to worry.
