Can 40 Mg Of Verapamil Be Too High For A 10 Year Old Kid For Migraine?

I have a 10 year old daughter who is taking verapamil for her miraines. She started at 80 mg 3 times a day and is now down to 40 mg 3 times a day. She has had dizziness and vomitting as side effects. And the headaches are still here, but better. Can the dose still be to much for her?
