My husband is experiencing fecal incontinance due to m.s. and loss of strength of the sphinctor muscle. Does the appliance that I ve read about that fits over the rectum opening work? Where can we find that type of thing locally. We are going on an airplane on Saturday, and we are quite afraid to go because of the potential mess he might have.

Truly speaking such devices are not worth to be applied as there are not promising results and certain times ill effects which last longer.
The best way is to use an adult diaper with deodorant only.
Should restrict his diet intake 24 hours prior to the flight journey.
