CT Scan Shows Multi Level Annular Bulging, Lateral Foraminal Disc Protrusion, Minor Facet Disease. Meaning?

Can you please tell me what thi ct scann means? Multi level annular bulging with superadded broad based right lateral extra foraminal disc protrusion abutting the right L4 nerve root . Minor facet joint disease L2/3 and on the left at L5/s1. Ps. I had a sinovial sarcoma in my left poplatia fossa 3 years ago. removed, Radiation and Chemo followed.

Your ct reports shows degenerative disc diseae leading to disc bulge and protrusion causing compression over nerve roots. Disc is cushion like structure situated between the vertebra.
