CANT SEEM TO EMPTY MY BOWELS WITHOUT SOME SORT OF HELP.

FOR FOUR MONTHS CANT SEEM TO EMPTY MY BOWELS WITHOUT SOME SORT OF HELP. IF I DO GO WITHOUT HELP THE STOOLS ARE BLACK AND PELLET LIKE. THE PAIN IN MY LOWER RIGHT ABDOMIN FEELS A BALLOON BEING BLOWN UP AND READY TO BURST AND I CAN ACTUALLY FEEL IT PRODING OUT. THE DOCTORS HAVE RULED OUT APPENDICITUS. I FEEL BLOATED AND DONT EAT ALOT BUT FEEL LIKE I HAVE PUT ON WEIGHT AND ALSO DIZZY. I AM 25 YEARS OLD FEMALE 164CM AND 60KG BUT NORMALLY 58CM

Hi..., The Appendicitis is already has been rule out hence not much to worry..
The pellet like stools, pain in the abdomen are suggestive of IBS..,
but still you need to be investigated to rule out other possibilities... consult surgeon...

Hi,
Thanks for query,
It seems that you might have absolute constipation.
Go for stool test for occult blood,warms and dysentry germs.
If you are taking Iron preparation then stool may be black and have constipation.
Take plenty of water and green veggies.
